Band Bio
This is a Show Band with a capital S, known for its high energy, harmony, and a tight, upbeat style.  Lush and colorful costumes complement the well-planned and choreographed presentation of ELS to make this act a favorite choice for entertainment buyers.

The three ladies who comprise ELS--Erica, Lisa and Elaine (called Smiley)--are based in New Orleans.  They regularly tour throughout the United States, and have thrilled audiences at festivals in Spain, England, Japan and the Philippines as well.  They perform at country clubs, casinos and for private functions in party venues of all types.  Their diverse repertoire includes rhythm & blues, rock 'n' roll, classic Motown and a bit of country.

ELS arranges the songs in a way that guarantees their audiences' fullest enjoyment.  With over 600 live performances to their credit, putting on a professional, eye-appealing and wonderful sounding show has become instinctive.  The ELS show includes a dazzling presentation of well-known numbers that make you want to dance.

The ELS repertoire will take you through musical journey after journey with such familiar friends as the Supremes, Aretha Franklin, Gladys Knight, Mary Wells, the Pointer Sisters, Tina Turner, the Marvelettes, Martha Reeves & The Vandellas, the Four Tops, James Brown, the Andrews Sisters, Nat King Cole, Duke Ellington and many more.

ELS was featured in Sports Illustrated in a three-page spread on Sugar Bowl appearances.  They have worked their magic for Presidents Nixon, Carter and Bush; at hundreds of corporate convention events including one for AT&T with The Pointer Sisters; at the Essence Music Festival's 25th Anniversary, and the Fox Television "Saints on 38" promotional commercial.

They have worked as backup singers on recordings for Allen Toussaint and the rock group Cinderella.  They have also performed with the Manhattans, Dionne Warwick, the Gatlin Brothers, Marva Wright, Aaron Neville, Irma Thomas, the Four Tops, Rockin' Dopsie, Jr., and many other well-known groups.  They also made a guest appearance on the Natalie Cole Show.

These three energetic young ladies and their backup band strive to please their audiences to the max.  And to this end, they make sure their shows contain a wide variety of well-performed material.

Design your event knowing that this act can be flexible and accommodate everything from a sophisticated dinner show to hot-driven dance sets for serious party people.  ELS delivers.
